  • I have over 20 years experience in fulltime and volunteer ministry positions- including senior pastor, Young Life, youth ministry and marriage ministry.
  • In addition, I have over 95 logged coaching hours and I'm a Certified Transformational Coach through Western Seminary.

COACHING

My passion, and what I believe to be one of the most effective means of helping people reach their potential in Christ is coaching. Coaching is a strategic conversation centered upon what’s important to you. It is a partnership and mutual journey with the sole purpose of helping you reach your goals and become the person God wants you to be.

So, what is this coaching thing and is it for me?

I truly believe everyone needs a coach from time to time. Consider this - ever felt stuck in life or ministry? Ever faced a decision but didn’t know which decision was right or best? Ever needed a safe person to talk with without fear of judgment or criticism? Ever needed help moving forward or designing action steps? Ever needed someone to help with blind spots? If so, you could use a coach.

"The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment."
